Prices and reservation

2 types of mobil-home for 4 persons:

• Novelty 2010: Mobil Home O'Hara 27,3 m² with integrated terrace (7,34 m x 4 m)

• Mobil Home Sun Roller 18 m² (6 m x 3 m), excellent condition

Amenities:

• Living room: table, bench, stool, chairs.
• Kitchen: sink, stove (gas), fridge, cabinets, tableware set, kitchen utensils (list available upon request).
• Bathroom shower, washbasin, cabinets
• Toilets separate
• 1 bedroom: 1 double bed (bed spread, 2 covers, bolster, pillow).
• 1 bedroom: 2 single beds side by side (bed spread, 2 covers, bolster, and pillows).
• Electric heater.

• Garden furniture: table, chairs, sunshade stand.

Additional information:

Included : Water, electricity and gas consumption Kitchen equipment

Not included : Bed sheets, kitchen and bathroom linen. Cleaning services: The facilty must be returned clean.

Inventory :
Upon your arrival you check the mobile home inventory against a list provided
Upon your departure we check the inventory together.

Checking in : On the scheduled date, after 2:00pm.

Checking out : On the scheduled date, before 10:00am.

Restaurant:
Breakfast (at the bar or on the patio), full : 5.00 € per person, simple : 4.50 € per person.

Prices and reservation

• Reservation necessary for the Summer season (July/August).
• Down payment: 25 % of the total amount for the stay.
• Reservation fee: 15.00 €, non deductible and non refundable in case of cancelation.
• Rental agreement filled out and signed
• The reservation is registered upon receipt of the rental contract and the payment of the down payment.
